IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM AMATEUR STAGE EXPO

EVENT CANCELLED

It is with deep regret that we wish to advise the cancellation of the Amateur Stage Expo which was to have been held on 31^st March and 1^st April, 2012 at the Business Design Centre.

Whilst we have been appreciative of the efforts of the performers, exhibitors and all associated with the event perceived lack of interest and insufficient ticket sales have lead to the cancellation of the event.

Bits & Bobs Media Limited (as organisers of the show) will be contacting involved parties and ticket holders individually over the next few days as the event is wound up.

Bits & Bobs Media wishes to thank Ex Events Ltd for their professionalism and assistance in helping to co-ordinate the event. Parties involved should direct all enquiries to Bits & Bobs Media Ltd and not to Ex Events Ltd.

Whilst we have been thankful for all the support to date it has become apparent that the expectations held in terms of income from ticket sales and other revenue sources has not come to fruition and as a result taking the event further would incur unacceptable losses.
